India, April 8 -- Punjab Police on Tuesday said two people have been arrested over the grenade attack at the house of BJP leader and former minister Manoranjan Kalia in Jalandhar.
Police said they solved the case within 12 hours.
Police said the attacks were carried out by Lawrence Bishnoi gang along with Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).
Addressing a press conference in Chandigarh, Arpit Shukla, Special DGP (Law and Order), was quoted as saying by The Indian Express that Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI, along with Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), was behind the attack to create communal disturbance in Punjab.
Police said they have also recovered an -erickshaw that was used in the attack.
