Mumbai, Aug. 1 -- Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs.600 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, marking a 15% year-on-year rise, even as its total income dipped 3% to Rs.1,593 crore.

The company's EBITDA rose 18% to Rs.915 crore in the same period.

Booking value for the quarter stood at Rs.7,082 crore from the sale of 4,231 homes covering 6.17 million sq. ft.-an 18% decline from the previous year but representing a two-year CAGR of 77%.

Bengaluru alone contributed over Rs.3,000 crore, while both MMR and NCR regions added over Rs.1,600 crore each.

During the quarter, the company launched six new projects and phases across four cities, with a combined sales potential of Rs.8,500 crore.
