In a blog post, Nov. 21 -- Android and iPhone users will now be able to share documents, images and videos more easily after Google announced expanded compatibility for its Quick Share feature.

"Today, we're introducing a way for Quick Share to work with AirDrop."

The company said the move will simplify file transfers between iOS and Android devices.

The rollout has already begun for the Pixel 10 series.

Google added that it aims to enhance the feature further and extend support to more Android devices.
