Sydney/IBNS, Dec. 15 -- A rabbi who recently helped organise a memorial for the Chabad emissaries killed in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks was among the 15 people killed in an antisemitic terror strike at Bondi Beach in Sydney.

Australian Jewish organisations confirmed that 41-year-old Rabbi Eli Schlanger had also played a key role in arranging a public gathering to mark the beginning of Hanukkah.
