India, June 10 -- Union Earth Sciences Minister Dr Jitendra Singh on Monday Mauritius Prime Minister Navinchandra Ramgoolam in France.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the United Nations Ocean Conference in France's Nice.

"With the Prime Minister of #Mauritius, Sh Navinchandra Ramgoolam on the sidelines of 'UN Ocean Conference'," Singh wrote on X.

"Sh Ramgoolam fondly recalled PM Sh @narendramodi's visit to Mauritius and sent his message of personal regards to Modi ji," he said.

Singh attended the opening session of the third United Nations Ocean Conference.
