New Delhi/IBNS, Oct. 27 -- The live-in partner of a 32-year-old UPSC aspirant, whose charred body was recovered from a flat in Delhi's Gandhi Vihar, has been arrested on murder charges after her seemingly meticulous plan to paint the crime as an accident fell flat, media report said.
What initially looked like a blast turned out to be a chilling murder incident.
All three are from Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad.
Ramkesh was living on the fourth floor of the apartment in Gandhi Vihar.
On October 6, police received information about an AC blast in the flat. Following this, fire tenders were pumped in to douse the fire.
After the flames were doused, a charred body was discovered from the flat.
