New Delhi, Jan. 19 -- Expelled Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra on Friday vacated her government bungalow in the national capital Delhi following a fresh eviction notice served to the firebrand politician.

The Directorate of Estates (DoE) had sent an eviction notice to Moitra after she lost her parliamentary membership over "cash-for-query" allegations.

On January 4, the Delhi High Court had asked Moitra to approach DoE if she wants to continue staying in the bungalow.

The DoE had sent three eviction notices to the TMC leader on January 12 and 17.

Moitra was expelled from the Lok Sabha on Friday over a report by the Ethics Committee on the 'cash for query' charges against her.
