New Delhi/IBNS, Jan. 15 -- The Supreme Court will on Thursday hear the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) petition against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who has been accused of resisting the central probe agency's raid at the I-PAC office and at the residence of firm head Pratik Jain last week, media reports said.
I-PAC, a political consultancy firm, works with several parties including Banerjee's Trinamool Congress (TMC), which governs West Bengal.
The ED moved the apex court after its plea against Banerjee was postponed by the Calcutta High Court due to disruption in the courtroom.
