Mumbai/IBNS, Dec. 25 -- Infosys has raised entry-level salaries up to Rs.21 lakh per annum for specialised roles as the software major seeks to strengthen its AI-first capabilities, media reports said.

Roles on offer include Specialist Programmer (L1 to L3) and Digital Specialist Engineer (trainee). The positions are open to BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, and integrated MSc graduates in Computer Science, IT, and select circuit branches such as ECE and EEE.

The company is pursuing an AI-first approach across its services, aiming to upskill existing employees and recruit new talent with deep expertise.

Infosys has already hired 12,000 freshers for the first half of 2026.
