India, Feb. 21 -- White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino welcomed India-origin new FBI chief Kash Patel by posting a 'Bollywood' style social media congratulatory meme on Thursday.

Scavino, who is US President Donald Trump's assistant, shared a dance clip of the popular song 'Malhari' from the hit movie 'Bajirao Mastani' that featured actor Ranveer Singh.

However, there is a twist in the tale.

The video showed Patel's face superimposed onto the face of the actor.

He wrote: " Congratulations to the new Director of the FBI, @Kash_Patel!"

The clip has earned 4 million views so far.
