India, Jan. 2 -- Three female students and a professor have been booked on charges of ragging and sexual assault following the death of a second-year student at a government college in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala, media reports said.
According to investigators, the student recorded a video on her mobile phone before her death, detailing alleged mental and sexual harassment she faced on campus.
In the video, she accused a professor of inappropriate physical contact and sustained mental harassment, and alleged that she was threatened when she protested.
The complaint also named Ashok Kumar, a professor at Dharamshala's Government Degree College, as one of the accused.
