Delhi/IBNS, Nov. 19 -- Investigators probing thedeadly blastnear Delhi's Red Fort have uncovered a crucial detail: Umar Mohammed, also known as Umar un-Nabi, assembled the explosive device inside his car while parked at a public parking area near the historic monument.
A central question for investigators was what Umar did during the three hours he remained inside the parking lot near Sunehri Masjid.
CCTV footageshows him entering the lot at 3:19 pm and exiting at 6:28 pm, just 24 minutes before the explosion ripped through Netaji Subhash Marg at around 6:52 pm.
