Mumbai/IBNS, Jan. 21 -- Deepinder Goyal on Wednesday announced his resignation as the Group CEO of Eternal, marking a major leadership transition at the publicly listed company.
Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa will take over as the new Group CEO of Eternal, Goyal confirmed in a statement to shareholders.
Explaining his decision, Goyal said he was stepping away from the top executive role to pursue high-risk, experimental ideas that are better explored outside the framework of a public company. He stressed that Eternal must remain focused and disciplined in its core business, noting that the regulatory and legal responsibilities of leading a listed company in India require undivided attention.
