India, April 1 -- Indian PM Narendra Modi and Chilean President Gabriel Boric met in New Delhi on Tuesday when they discussed ways to expand 'strong' bilateral ties.
Speaking on the meeting between the two leaders, Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal wrote on X: "PM @narendramodi armly receives President @GabrielBoric of Chile at Hyderabad House."
"Both leaders will have extensive discussions on expanding the strong - bilateral ties," he said.
Earlier in the day, Boric visited Rajghat and paid tributes to 'Father of the Nation' Mahatma Gandhi.
