Mumbai, March 22 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has submitted a closure report in the actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case, ending of its four-year-long probe, according to an NDTV report.

The CBI, which took over the case in August 2020, found no evidence suggesting that anyone compelled Rajput to die by suicide.

A forensic team from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) had also concluded that Rajput's death was due to suicide and ruled out murder.
