India, July 25 -- The Communist Party of India (Marxist) party received a jolt from the Bombay High Court on Friday when it dismissed its petition to hold a protest against the alleged genocide carried out by Israel in Gaza.
According to Live Law, the court directed the petitioner to show patriotism for the countrymen first.
A division bench of Justices Ravindra Ghuge and Gautam Ankhad said India already has several issues to deal with, and the petitioner party should avoid taking up issues which do not affect the citizens of India, reported Live Law..
