India, Jan. 31 -- At least 10 security personnel were killed and 58 militants died after ethnic Baloch separatists launched a large-scale coordinated attack across Pakistan's Balochistan province on Saturday, according to media reports.
The incidents mark the latest surge of violence in the insurgency-hit region.
"Fitna-al-Hindustan carried out attacks at 12 locations across Balochistan," sources told Dawn News, adding that the assaults were foiled due to timely and effective action by security forces.
