India, Feb. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the new terminal building at Halwara Airport, calling it a moment of immense joy for the people of Punjab, particularly those in Ludhiana and nearby regions.

He noted that the government is committed to strengthening air connectivity to support the region's development.
