India, Oct. 17 -- A stalker slit the throat and killed a 20-year-old B. Pharma student in broad daylight close to railway tracks in Bengaluru, media reports said on Friday.

The deceased person was identified as Yamini Priya.

Priya, who studied in a private college, was a resident of Swatantra Palya.

According to reports, the stalker attacked him when she was on her way home.

The accused reportedly arrived on the spot in a two-wheeler and slit her throat with a knife. He escaped from the spot.
