India, Feb. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday reiterated India's continued support for the Palestinian people and welcomed ongoing peace efforts in Gaza, including the peace plan proposed by US President Donald Trump, during a meeting with foreign ministers from Arab nations in New Delhi.

The remarks were made during the second India-Arab Foreign Ministers' Meeting (IAFMM), attended by delegations from the League of Arab States.

According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), Modi also conveyed India's appreciation for the Arab League's role in promoting peace and stability in the region.
