Boston/IBNS, July 19 -- Astronomer has sent its CEO Andy Byron on leave and replaced him with co-founder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy as an interim after the former's "affair" with the US tech company's HR head Kristin Cabot was exposed in front of the world at a Coldplay concert.

The company said the Board of Directors has launched a probe into the "affair", which was exposed when Andy and Kristin were caught embracing each other while listening to the rock band that was performing in Boston, Massachusetts.

Astronomer issued a statement that reads, "Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy is currently serving as interim CEO given Andy Byron has been placed on leave. We will share more details as appropriate in the coming...
