India, March 16 -- A man killed his two young sons before taking his own life, fearing they would struggle to succeed in an increasingly competitive world, media reports said.
The victims, aged six and seven, were found dead on Friday at their home in Andhra Pradesh's Kakinada, reported The Times of India.
Kishore, who married Tanuja Sai Rani in 2017, had two sons, Joshith (7) and Nikhil (6), both studying in a private school.
Neighbours described the family as friendly and said the couple had been considering transferring the children to a better school for the upcoming academic year.
Shortly after arriving, he told his wife he was taking the children to a tailor for new school uniforms and left the office with them.
