New Delhi/IBNS, July 29 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday confirmed the three terrorists who were involved in the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack have been eliminated in Operation Mahadev.

Shah provided the details of the operation participating in the 'Operation Sindoor' debate in the Lok Sabha.

The Operation Mahadev was carried out by the Army, CRPF personnel and Jammu and Kashmir Police.

"On May 22, we received confirmation of the presence of terrorists through sensors. Then, under the leadership of our 4 Para, the CRPF personnel and Jammu Kashmir personnel together carried out the task of surrounding the terrorists," he added.
