Mumbai/IBNS, March 20 -- Indian-Canadian actress Lisa Ray has slammed Air India for denying her a refund on a medical ground for a ticket which she had cancelled, media reports said.

Lisa claimed she had to cancel the ticket owing to her 92-year-old father's ailment.

As per a report by NDTV, the airline, which was formerly state-owned, had offered to reschedule Lisa's flight but the actress refused it.

The complaints against Air India have been pouring in frequently of late.

Among many who complained was Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan who was allocated a broken seat during a Bhopal-Delhi journey.
