Dehradun/IBNS, Dec. 15 -- Celebrated Indian author Ruskin Bond's health has stabilised following his hospital admission in Dehradun last Saturday due to a leg problem, media reports said.

The 91-year-old author has responded well to treatment and is expected to be discharged within a few days.

Officials added that his admission was precautionary.
