Mumbai/IBNS, Dec. 31 -- Veteran actress Sushma Seth has said that a disciplined lifestyle anchored in meditation, yoga and regular walking has helped her remain energetic and disease-free even at the age of 90.
Seth, who turned 90 on December 24, shared details of her daily routine while speaking on Usha Kakade's Known Unknown podcast.
The acclaimed actress said she begins her day early and focuses on activities that promote both physical and mental well-being.
