India, Dec. 13 -- Jemima Goldsmith, former wife of Pakistan's ex-prime minister Imran Khan, has publicly accused X of restricting the visibility of her posts about Khan's imprisonment.

In a direct appeal to platform owner Elon Musk on Friday, she claimed her updates were being "filtered" and prevented from reaching audiences inside Pakistan and abroad.

Goldsmith said that for 22 months, Khan has been kept in solitary confinement and denied basic rights, including visits from their two sons.

"You promised free speech, not 'speech but no one hears it'," she wrote in her message to Musk.
