Hyderabad/IBNS, March 14 -- Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Thursday said the delimitation exercise, which is scheduled to take place before the 2029 general election, is meant to limit South India and reduce its importance.

He said an action plan is being prepared to counter it.

"We will thwart the conspiracies hatched by the BJP-led Central government against the southern states," he was quoted in media reports.
