Mumbai/IBNS, July 1 -- Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has cheered his "friend" and colleague Anupam Kher over upcoming film Tanvi The Great which also marks the latter's return as director.

An upcoming Hindi-language drama film, Tanvi The Great features a stellar cast, including Anupam Kher, Shubhangi Dutt, Boman Irani, Jackie Shroff, Arvind Swami, and Karan Tacker.

The film is centered on Tanvi Raina, a brilliant autistic girl who defies odds to pursue her late father's dream of joining the Indian Army. Tanvi is played by debutante Shubhangi.

Notably, Game of Thrones actor Iain Glen makes his Bollywood debut in this project.
