New Delhi/IBNS, April 24 -- Former Pentagon official Michael Rubin has drawn a parallel between Pakistan Army chief Asim Munir and late Al-Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden, blaming Islamabad for the killing of 26 tourists in one of the worst Islamic terrorism that took place in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam.
Borrowing the 'lipstick on a pig' phase, Rubin said there should be no attempt to showcase that the attack was a kind of any "spontaneous action".
