India, June 1 -- Kolkata Police's arrest of influencer Sharmistha Panoli over a communal post has sparked a political row, with BJP ally and Andhra Pradesh's Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan flagging West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's remarks and stressing that "secularism must be a two-way street."

This comes after Kolkata Police have arrested social media content creator Sharmishta Panoli from Gurugram on charges of promoting enmity and outraging religious feelings on social media.
