Kolkata/IBNS, June 8 -- "Raas is about those subtle, powerful moments that shape our lives," said director Tathagata Mukherjee about his new Bengali film that hit the big screens on June 6.

The story follows Somnath (played by Vikram Chatterjee), who returns to his ancestral village after 18 years. A simple visit that soon turns into a journey of rediscovery and of love, roots, and the charm of simpler days.
