Samastipur/IBNS, Oct. 24 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday claimed the NDA government will return to power in Bihar under Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's leadership, a day after Mahagathbandhan claimed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won't let the Janata Dal (United) supremo to become the CM again.
Addressing a rally in Samastipur, Modi listed several states where the BJP returned to power with a thumping majority battling anti-incumbency.
The list of states included Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Modi during his address reminded people of the RJD era of "extortion, murder, ransom, kidnapping" to appeal to the voters to re-elect the incumbent.
