India, Nov. 16 -- Iconic Bengali rock band Cactus, which toured Canada during Durga Puja, recalls the overwhelming warmth, familiarity and sense of belonging they felt while performing for audiences thousands of miles away from Kolkata. What began as a concert tour soon turned into an emotional homecoming across continents.

Renowned for shaping the Bangla rock scene, Cactus brought their music to the Bengali diaspora and other music lovers across Canada during their October tour. The visit was organised by Probaashe Bangali Adda, a prominent socio-cultural group for Bengalis in the Greater Toronto Area (Brampton).
