Tokyo/IBNS, Aug. 29 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday gave a big "Make in India" push in his inaugural address during his two-day visit to Japan.

Stressing on manufacturing as a way to bolster the India-Japan partnership, the Prime Minister said, "Our collaboration in the automobile sector has been immensely successful.

"Together, we can replicate the same success in batteries, robotics, semiconductors and nuclear energy. By joining hands, we can also contribute to the growth of the Global South, especially Africa. I urge you all - Come, Make in India. Make for the world."
