India, Nov. 11 -- Online travel aggregator (OTA) Yatra's consolidated net profit surged 101% to INR 14.3 Cr in the second quarter of FY26 from INR 7.3 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Sequentially, profit declined 1% from INR 16 Cr in the June quarter.

Operating revenue zoomed 48% YoY and 67% QoQ to INR 350.9 Cr. Including other income of INR 5.1 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at INR 355.9 Cr.

Revenue of the hotels and packages business grew 59% YoY to INR 270.7 Cr, while revenue from air ticketing rose 36% YoY to INR 58.5 Cr.

Yatra's total expenses zoomed 43% YoY to INR 339 Cr.

Shares of Yatra jumped following the announcement of Q2 numbers and were trading 15% higher at INR 167 on the BSE as of 15:10 IST.
