India, Jan. 29 -- Deeptech startup Vimag Labs has secured $5 Mn (about INR 46 Cr) in its Series A round led by Accel, with participation from Chakra Growth Fund and Thinkuvate.
Vimag Labs, which develops advanced electric motor and power electronics solutions, said it will deploy the funds toward commercialising its patented motor platform.
Additionally, the startup plans to expand its engineering and manufacturing capabilities using the funds and formulate go-to-market strategies for its products across the automotive, defense, and industrial sectors.
