India, Jan. 23 -- Consumer services company Urban Company reported a consolidated net loss of INR 21.3 Cr in the third quarter of FY26 as against a net profit of INR 231.8 Cr in the year-ago period, as it continued to make investments to scale up its quick housekeeping service InstaHelp.
However, the company managed to trim its loss by 64% from INR 59.3 Cr loss incurred in the preceding September quarter.
Operating revenue increased 33% YoY and 1% QoQ to INR 382.7 Cr in Q3 FY26. Including other income of INR 36.1 Cr, total income for the period stood at INR 418.8 Cr, up 33% YoY.
The company's total expenses jumped 43% YoY to INR 432.8 Cr.
