India, Aug. 29 -- Conversational automation unicorn Uniphore has acquired Orby AI to strengthen its enterprise AI cloud offering for an undisclosed sum.

According to Uniphore, integrating Orby AI will add deeper capabilities in process discovery, neuro-symbolic reasoning, and Large Action Models. These technologies are expected to help Uniphore automate complex enterprise tasks that demand reasoning, judgment, and precision, areas where conventional generative AI tools often struggle.

Alongside this, the company also announced plans to acquire Autonom8, a move it said would complement Orby's research focus with Autonom8's track record of driving business adoption of multi-agent workflows.
