India, Jan. 8 -- Spacetech startup TakeMe2Space has secured $5 Mn (about INR 44.9 Cr) in its seed round, led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from Artha Venture Fund, SeaFund and Unicorn India Ventures.
The startup will use the fresh capital to expand its satellite constellation to six spacecraft, leading to about 5 kW of compute capability in-orbit. These satellites would also be capable of communicating with each other via optical satellite link (OSL), paving the way for TakeMe2Space to build a larger high throughput network in orbit, the startup said.
