India, Feb. 5 -- Foodtech major Swiggy's 'out-of-home consumption' business, which includes Dineout and SteppinOut, is at the cusp of breaking even, with its adjusted EBITDA improving to -1% in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25 (Q3 FY25).
In the company's shareholders' letter, Swiggy cofounder and CEO Sriharsha Majety said that the restaurant dining solutions arm Dineout has already turned profitable, while the events reservation business SteppingOut will further expand with the launch of Swiggy Scenes.
In a statement, the company said that Dineout reached breakeven in the month of December 2024.
