India, Jan. 30 -- AI-driven IT startup SuperOps has raised $25 Mn (around INR 216.4 Cr) in a Series C funding round led by existing investor March Capital, along with participation from Addition and Z47.
On the back of this funding round, the company has also rolled out an AI chatbot 'Monica' to analyse managed service providers' (MSPs) dataset and boost the decision-making process.
The Dallas and Chennai-based startup plans to use the fresh capital to bolster its AI research and development, scale up offerings for mid-market and enterprise MSPs and further expand its global outreach.
