India, Nov. 27 -- Sports tech startup Sports For Life (SFL) has raised INR 21.6 Cr (about $2.7 Mn) in a Series A round led by its existing investors, including Fireside Ventures and Genesia Ventures. Roots Ventures and TDV Partners also participated in the round.

The startup plans to use the fresh capital to enter into Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, and onboard 10,000+ new users.

The startup is also trying to grow its portfolio from seven to twelve sports, launch a cricket vertical, and strengthen its AI-led platform for performance analytics and match livestreaming.

Founded in 2024 by Sourjyendu Medda and Armaan Tandon, SFL runs a multisport coaching and competition platform.
