India, Jan. 15 -- Coworking space provider Smartworks turned profitable in the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), reporting a net profit of INR 1.2 Cr as against a net loss of INR 16 Cr in the year-ago period. The company had incurred a loss of INR 3.1 Cr in the preceding September quarter.

Operating revenue for the quarter under review surged 34% YoY and 11% QoQ to INR 472.1 Cr. Including other income of INR 16 Cr, total income for the period stood at INR 488.2 Cr.

Meanwhile, total expenses jumped 26% YoY to INR 486.6 Cr.
