India, Feb. 18 -- Fabless semiconductor startup Vervesemi has raised $10 Mn (around Rs.90.7 Cr) in its Series A funding round led by ace investor Ashish Kacholia and Unicorn India Ventures, with participation from Roots Ventures, Caperize Fina, MAIQ Growth Scheme, and a few high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

The startup plans to use the funds to accelerate commercialisation of its ML-enhanced analog signal chain IC portfolio, production of existing silicon chips, hiring, expansion of IP portfolio and strengthen its R&D capabilities in next-generation precision analog architectures.

A portion of the funds will be allocated for building its go-to-market presence across Asia, the US, and other key semiconductor markets.
