India, Sept. 23 -- AI-powered app building platform provider Rocket has raised $15 Mn (around INR 132 Cr) in its seed funding round led by Salesforce Ventures and Accel. The round also saw participation from Together Fund.

The Surat-based startup plans to deploy the capital to strengthen its R&D, accelerate product development, and expand its global footprint by inaugurating its new office in California.

Founded in 2021 by Vishal Virani, Rahul Shingala, and Deepak Dhanak, Rocket provides an AI-powered app-building platform that enables users to build apps, websites, dashboards, and internal tools in minutes by giving instructions in natural language. It claims to offer a "one prompt, whole app" solution.
