India, Jan. 23 -- The Karnataka High Court has reversed a ban on bike taxi services in the state imposed by it in April last year.

A division bench of Chief Justice Vibhu Bakhru and Justice CM Joshi lifted the ban today while hearing appeals filed by Ola, Uber and Rapido challenging the April 2025 order, Bar and Bench reported.

A single-judge bench of Justice B Shyam Prasad ordered these companies last year to halt bike taxi operations in Karnataka until the government framed laws governing and permitting them.
