India, June 4 -- Quick commerce platform KiranaPro has reportedly been hacked, impacting all its data and sensitive user information.

KiranaPro cofounder and CEO Deepak Ravindran told TechCrunch that the "destroyed data" included the company's app code as well as user data in the form of names, mailing addresses and payment details, on its servers.

Even though KiranaPro's app is online, the platform is not processing orders.

The incident came to light on May 26 after KiranaPro executives, while logging into their Amazon Web Services account, reportedly noted that hackers had gained access to KiranaPro's root accounts on AWS and GitHub.
