India, Sept. 30 -- VC firm Peak XV Partners led a $75 Mn funding round in open-source analytics platform PostHog, which also turned the US-based startup into a unicorn.

In a blogpost, PostHog cofounder James Hawkins said the startup is entering what he called "Act 2", focussing on making developers' workflows smoother and more efficient.

Hawkins added that the funding will go towards expanding its tools for developers.
