India, March 13 -- Online gaming giant Nazara has said that its chief operating officer (COO) Sudhir Kamath will step down from the company.
In a filing with the exchanges, Nazara said that Kamath's resignation will come into effect on April 1, 2025.
In his resignation letter, the outgoing COO attributed his departure to his plans to "relocate to his native city (Delhi) to be with his family".
"We hereby inform you that Mr. Sudhir Kamath, Chief Operating Officer, designated as senior management personnel (SMP) of the Company, has tendered his resignation in order to relocate to his native city to be with his family.
